The  Respect Bar project to train POS’s and promote the safety of the LGBTQIAP+ public through mapping and organizing community data. Friendly, anti-racist and transgender-friendly places are evaluated by the community itself and ranked. Furthermore, the points of sale received literacy to welcome the queer community and the discounts given by Ambev vary according to the receptivity towards LGBTs.
